Wire conveyor belt is assembled via multiple components such as stainless steel wire mesh, conveyor chain and rod. In order to make it running properly on conveyor, we need to make suitable transmission units according to belt design.

Transmission Sprocket

Transmission Roller
Transmission roller is a strong design comparing to any other drive unit. Stainless steel roller with shaft to make it super stable when running with heavy load conveyor belt, roller surface will smoothly share the strengh and keep conveyor belt physical properties for longer service life.
Sprocket is precisely fixed on shaft two ends through pre made keyway so its easy to attach /detach. Even you need to make change on machine design, this drive unit can be easily modified. Being an advanced choice, this roller drive shaft can support your high end drive requirements.
Transmission Shaft
Our transmission shaft is precise machining through pre CAD design. The shaft diameter and stength are maintained the same on every small section. In order to make it straight and no vibration when working, we have used extra diameter rod for machining and make it right way.
In order to fulfill different working conditions, we have choice of Nylon plastic and stainless steel support wheel.
