Various Combination
Our metal plate belt can be various combination of cross flights and side plates.
Cross flights and side plates can be with different sizes and design to work with different conditions. Side plates can be attached in 3 ways: 1- separately connected with chain and support rod. 2- welded on belt plates. 3- original production with side chain. We will suggest the best according to exact application.
We also offer different rod connections for ease of maintenance and quick replacement. Especially for food industry conveyor, we have developped special design to ensure its high performance. It has approved to be perfect on multiple machines.
Precise Assembly
Our metal plate belt wins on details which is different than most others on market.
From first stage CAD design we have accurate calculation on each details, this will ensure the precise assembly later. Once design is confirmed, plate will be formed under advanced laser technology with minimized tolerance. Each plate tolerance is controlled within 0.02mm which is not almost visible.
Before assembling, our professional and skilled technician will compare and test out first before mass operation, each plate will be well fixed for smooth and high performance operation.
