Cordweave conveyor belt provides super smooth carry surface based its extremely close and flat mesh properties. Because of this, cordweave belt also provides a uniform heat transfer across the belt to make it a popular choice in a wide variety of high temperature and heavy load applications, such as baking and annealing over mechanical components etc.
How it’s made? Cordweave conveyor belt is reinforced version of spiral conveyor belt which has more spirals and cross rods to make high density and flat surface.
Left-wound and right-wound spirals are alernately arranged and jointed with sraight rods. If rod pitch Is less than two-fold spiral pitch, belt is called A2. If rod pitch is equal to or greater than two-flod spiral Pitch,belt is called F2.

Cordweave belt is commonly produced by stainless steel 304 wires, other grade materials are also available by request. Cordweave belt can be customized with cross flights and side plates by various sizes. The choice of chain and rod can follow customer specific application.

Special Edge Treatment
Cordweave conveyor belt is composed by wire spiral and straight rod. Once belt is finally assembled, it will be moved to welding stage which is handled by special welding technique. This process may repeat depends the result of polishing tests. The sole purpose is to ensure the belt maximum strength under various working conditions.
Besides, the belt edges can be bended with any height guard which is popular choice for heat treatment application.


Chain & Side Guard
This cordweave conveyor belt can be deeply custom configured via side guard, cross flight and roller conveyor chain.
By this way, cordweave belt can be very flexible to work with various applications like heat treatment, cleaning, heavy load material handling etc. Due to its strong design, it’s ideal choice for long distance conveyor system.
