We produce all types metal conveyor belts such as stainless steel wire conveyor belt and plate belt in various design. We also produce PTFE teflon mesh belt.
What kind of data do you need for quotation?
We need to learn about your belt actual application such as kind of product to load, temperature requirement, load weight and belt size etc.. A diagram is prefered if available.
What kind of stainless steel material do you use?
All our stainless steel are national standards that are equal to JIS /ASTM /DIN for chemical properties. Our supplier is Shanghai Bao steel which is a reputable and well known group.
How do I install your conveyor belt with our machine?
Depends the type of belt you ordered, either by roller or sprocket drive.
We have prepared extra wire rods and pins to make the belt endless circle, you just need to fix the belt with sprocket or roller and tension it. It’s easy and quick.
What's the belt life cycle?
It depends the actual application and belt design. If it’s for simple conveyor purpose, the belt can be properly working for 1-2 years or more. If it’s under high temperature, the stainless steel material will expand/shrink so the life time will reduce, the actual time depends working frequency.
Can I visit your production facilities?
Sure, you’re welcomed to visit any time. We’re just 30 minutes drive from Shenzhen airport and railway station.
Can I get a sample?
Yes sure, we can make a small piece sample by your needed configuration.
How do I order?
We will discuss and confirm all necessary belt properties first, then we will send you contract with all technical details. The order will be effective only after advance payment verification.
What kind of payment solution do you accept?
We accept T/T, L/C, West Union and even cash for payment.
How long time for order production?
We normally finish product within 15-20 days, it really depends the belt configuration and size.
