Ultra Strong Edge Treatment
Our spiral woven conveyor belt provides ultra strong physical properties. Instead of traditional simple firing on spiral and wire rod, we use special welding through our numorous testing over different technologies. Our spiral wire edge treatment can properly work with different environments without terrible damaging.
Artwork Support Rod Connection
Our support rod design is completely followed by the actual sludge dryer conveyor belt working conditions.
Conveyor belt support rod is seamlessly connected with wire spiral and chain plate then with artwork welding. The biggest advantage is you don’t have to worry any loosen or fallen during operation. Especially in long oven tunnel, it will greatly reduce your maintenance rate.
We also provide other type rod connections such as pin type which is easy to attach and disattach but generally used for other dryer or cleaning machine conveyor belt purpose.
Ultra Strong Chain & Side Guard
Our conveyor belt roller chain is different than most others on market.
We use extra thickness chain plate and side guard to improve conveyor belt general performance. We have opened multiple moulds to produce different standards conveyor chains. If you need to use some special conveyor chain, we can also open a new mould for quick production.
Conveyor belt and roller chain are all stainless steel 304 grade for guaranteed performance.
